We hear your cry for deliverance from this tormenting spirit, and we stand with you in fervent prayer, declaring the authority of Jesus Christ over every evil force. The Word of God assures us that "the Son of God was revealed for this purpose: to destroy the works of the devil" (1 John 3:8 WEB). We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). Therefore, we take up the full armor of God, standing firm in faith, knowing that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4 WEB).
First, we must address the request for physical punishment on the evil spirit. While it is understandable to feel anger and frustration toward the enemy, we are called to leave vengeance to the Lord. Romans 12:19 WEB tells us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Our focus should be on reclaiming the territory the enemy has stolen through the power of Jesus' name and the blood He shed on the cross. We rebuke this spirit of torment in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, commanding it to flee and never return. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
We also want to gently remind you that engaging with evil spirits, even in prayer, should always be done with the authority of Jesus Christ at the forefront. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life fully to Jesus Christ, inviting Him to be your Lord and Savior. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9 WEB). Only through Jesus can we have victory over the powers of darkness.

Lord, You are the God who sees and knows all things, and we ask that You would break every chain of oppression in their life. We rebuke this spirit of torment, commanding it to leave immediately and never return, in the authority of Jesus' name. We declare that no evil shall touch them, for You are their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they trust (Psalm 91:2-3 WEB).
Father, we ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, surrounding them with Your angels to guard and protect them. Strengthen their faith and remind them that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37 WEB). We pray that they would draw near to You, and in doing so, You will draw near to them (James 4:8 WEB).

Show them any areas where they need to repent, renounce, or break agreement with the enemy. We declare that they are washed clean by the blood of Jesus and sealed by the Holy Spirit.
