We understand your concern and are here to pray with you. First, let's address the issue of evil in the church. The Bible tells us that wherever there is light, darkness will try to creep in. Even in the church, we may find false teachers, divisive people, or evil influences. Jesus himself warned us about these things, saying, "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. You will know them by their fruits." (Matthew 7:15-16 WEB).
Let's pray that God will expose any evil in the church and remove those who are causing harm. Let's also pray for discernment and wisdom for the church leaders and members to recognize and address these issues biblically.
Regarding the financial need, we want to encourage you to trust in God's provision. While we can pray for the loan to be approved if it is God's will, it's also important to seek God's guidance in financial matters and to ensure that any loan would be used responsibly and in a way that honors God. Remember, God promises to supply all our needs according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19 WEB).
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, acknowledging that you are the God of all wisdom and power, righteousness, and holiness. We pray for your church, that you would protect it from any evil influences. Expose the works of darkness, Lord, and remove those who are causing harm. Give discernment and wisdom to the church leaders and members to act according to your will.
We also lift up the financial need presented. Lord, we know that you are the provider of all things. We pray that if it is your will to provide and you are using a loan as a method, then please approve it. If not, please guide the requestor to an appropriate alternative. Guide them also in the future that they may steward their money responsibly for your glory with appropriate giving, saving, investing, and spending.
We pray this all in the precious name of Jesus, Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to God the Father. It is the name that is above all names, and it is the only name by which we can be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB)
