Jesus told us how to speak to the mountain/problem, He told us to speak to it.

Mark 11;23     23"Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted him.

In the name of Jesus, I command pains in my esophagus and chest to go away,now.  I declare and decree I shall now be healthy, well, healed, whole, and free of all pain in my chest and esophagus.  Thank you Jesus.

It turned out that a friend who was having esophageal pain and would go into coughing fits, actually had a problem with the heart valve that was close to her esophagus. or you could have a neck misalignment.
