Your prayer for enlightenment is right and good, for we are called to seek God’s wisdom above all else. *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."* (James 1:5, WEB). We pray that the Lord will indeed open the eyes of your department head, removing any scales of deception or manipulation that may cloud her judgment. May she see with spiritual clarity, discerning truth from falsehood, and may the Holy Spirit guide her in all wisdom and integrity. We must also address something important: while your prayer is earnest and well-intentioned, we notice that the name of Jesus Christ was not invoked in your request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is by His authority that our prayers are heard. *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life.
