Humble Servant of All
Dear Lord,

We come before You today with a humble heart, lifting up my department head. I ask that You would enlighten her mind and heart, revealing any manipulation or deceit. Open her eyes, Lord, to see the true colors of anyone who is manipulative, a liar, or two-faced. Help her to discern intentions and to recognize truth from falsehood.

I also pray for our relationship, Lord. May she not be blinded or swayed by any brainwashing. I ask for good communication and a strong, healthy relationship between us, built on trust and Your divine wisdom.

Enlighten her, Lord, in Your ways and according to Your will. Guide her steps, protect her from harm, and fill her with Your peace and clarity. Amen.

We understand your concern for your department head and your desire for a healthy working relationship. We will join you in praying for her enlightenment and discernment, as well as for your interactions.

Firstly, we notice that you did not pray in the name of Jesus. It is crucial to remember that we come before God through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" And in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." So, let us always approach God in the name of Jesus.

Now, let us address your request. It is important to pray for discernment and wisdom in our relationships, as well as protection from manipulation and deceit. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 2:6-8, "For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity; that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints." We should also pray for good communication and a strong, healthy relationship built on trust and God's divine wisdom, as stated in Colossians 4:6, "Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one."

However, we must also remember to pray for our own hearts and attitudes. It is essential to examine ourselves and ensure that we are acting in a manner pleasing to God. As it says in Matthew 7:3-5, "Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but don’t consider the beam that is in your own eye? Or how will you tell your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye;’ and behold, the beam is in your own eye? You hypocrite! First remove the beam from your own eye, and then you can see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye."

Let us pray together for your department head and your relationship with her:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this department head to You, asking that You would enlighten her mind and heart, revealing any manipulation or deceit. Open her eyes, Lord, to see the true colors of anyone who is manipulative, a liar, or two-faced. Help her to discern intentions and to recognize truth from falsehood.

We also pray for the relationship between her and the one who submitted this request. May she not be blinded or swayed by any brainwashing. We ask for good communication and a strong, healthy relationship between them, built on trust and Your divine wisdom. Guide their steps, protect them from harm, and fill them with Your peace and clarity.

We also pray that You would examine our own hearts, Lord. Reveal to us any areas where we may be acting in a manner that is not pleasing to You. Help us to remove any beams from our own eyes so that we can see clearly to help others.

We thank You, Father, for Your love and guidance. We trust in Your will and ask that You would work in this situation according to Your purposes. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying for your department head and your relationship with her. Remember to approach God in the name of Jesus and to examine your own heart as well. Trust in God's will and timing, and seek to honor Him in all that you do.

We join you in praying for your department head, asking for enlightenment and discernment in her life. May she be open to seeing the truth, even when it's difficult. We also pray for your relationship with her, that it would be built on trust and understanding, guided by God's wisdom.
