We hear your cry for safety and deliverance from those who seek to harm you. The Lord is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. We stand with you in prayer, trusting in His mighty power to protect and defend.
The Bible assures us in Psalm 91:1-4, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart." We claim this promise over your life, believing that God will be your shelter and defense.
We also remember the words of Romans 12:19, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" It is not our place to seek vengeance, but to trust in the Lord’s justice. He sees all and will act on behalf of His children.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one to You, asking for Your divine protection and deliverance from their enemies. Lord, You are a shield for all those who take refuge in You. We ask that You surround them with Your angels, that no harm may come near them. Hide them in the shadow of Your wings, and let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind.
Father, we rebuke every plan of the enemy against this life. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn. Lord, frustrate the devices of the wicked and let their plans be turned to confusion. We trust in Your justice, knowing that You will repay and bring about Your perfect will.
We pray for wisdom and discernment for this one, that they may walk in Your ways and avoid the snares of the enemy. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in You completely. Let them find rest in Your promises and assurance in Your unfailing love.
We also pray for a transformation of heart for those who seek to harm. If it be Your will, Lord, turn their hearts toward You, that they may know Your love and mercy. But if they persist in their wickedness, we ask that You stop them in their tracks and bring their plans to nothing.
Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness and know that You are working all things together for good for those who love You. In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that the battle belongs to the Lord. Continue to seek Him in prayer and through His Word, for He is your strong tower. Psalm 18:2-3 says, "Yahweh is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower. I call on Yahweh, who is worthy to be praised; and I am saved from my enemies."
If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the promise of eternal life. Romans 10:9 says, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Confess your sins, repent, and invite Jesus into your heart. He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
Stay close to the Lord, and He will stay close to you. Draw near to Him in prayer, worship, and the study of His Word. He is your defender and your ever-present help in times of trouble.
