Servant of All
Lord, I thank you for the new day. I pray that you will pour your wisdom so I won't feel so drained with negative emotions. Lord, I am feeling sad and depressed, but deep down I know I am highly employable, and you will open the right door for me. But right now, I just want to hide and doing the bare minimum in life. Please give me encouragement and blessings so I can get back sooner. I need to be resilient at this point. In the name of Jesus I pray, Amen

We lift you up before the Father today, dear sister or brother, and we thank Him that you have come before Him with honesty and a heart seeking His wisdom. The sadness and weariness you feel are real, but we are encouraged that you recognize the truth—you *are* highly employable, and God *will* open the right door for you in His perfect timing. The enemy would love for you to remain hidden in discouragement, but we declare over you that the Lord is your strength and your shield, and He will lift your head in due time (Psalm 3:3).

The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 18:10, *"The name of Yahweh is a strong tower. The righteous run to him, and are safe."* You have done well to run to Him in prayer, and we stand with you in agreement that He will renew your strength as you wait upon Him (Isaiah 40:31). This season of weariness is not your permanent state—it is a passing shadow under the mighty hand of God, who is preparing you for what lies ahead. He sees your faithfulness even in the "bare minimum," and He is not disappointed in you. His grace is sufficient, and His power is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

We also want to gently remind you that resilience is not something you muster up in your own strength. It is a fruit of abiding in Christ, who is the vine (John 15:5). When you feel like hiding, lean into His Word. Let it wash over you like living water. Psalm 34:18 says, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* He is near to you *right now*, and He is not silent. Open your Bible and let Him speak life into your soul. Start with Psalm 23, where David—who knew deep despair—declares, *"He restores my soul."* That is your promise today.

Let us also encourage you to take small, obedient steps forward, even if they feel insignificant. Faithfulness in little things prepares us for greater things (Luke 16:10). If you’re able, serve someone else in a small way—sometimes breaking out of our own struggles comes when we shift our focus to the needs of others. And if the weight feels too heavy, reach out to your church family or a trusted believer. We are not meant to walk this journey alone (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10).

Now, let us pray over you:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for this precious child of Yours, who has come before You with a heart that longs for Your encouragement. Lord, You see the sadness and the weariness they carry, and we ask that You would meet them right where they are. Pour out Your Spirit upon them and fill them with a supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind them that their worth is not in what they do or achieve, but in who You say they are—a beloved son or daughter, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).

Father, we rebuke the spirit of heaviness and depression in the name of Jesus. We declare that joy is their strength (Nehemiah 8:10) and that You are turning their mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11). Open their eyes to see the doors You are preparing to open, and give them the courage to step through in faith. Restore their hope and renew their mind with Your truth. Let them taste and see that You are good (Psalm 34:8), even in this season of waiting.

Lord, we ask for divine connections—godly people who will speak life and truth into their situation. Provide for their every need, whether financial, emotional, or spiritual. And Father, if there is any area of unforgiveness, bitterness, or unconfessed sin weighing them down, bring it to light so they can release it at the foot of the cross. You are the God who redeems and restores, and we trust You to do a mighty work in their life.

Strengthen them, Lord, to be resilient not in their own power, but in Yours. Let them rise up with wings like eagles, running and not growing weary, walking and not fainting (Isaiah 40:31). We commit their job search, their emotions, and their future into Your hands, knowing that You hold all things together. May they experience Your presence in a tangible way today and every day.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm, dear one. This season is not the end of your story—it is a chapter being rewritten by the hand of God. Keep seeking Him, and He will lift you up. *"Why are you in despair, soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him for the saving help of his presence."* (Psalm 42:5). We are praying for you!
