We understand your concern for your grandson's employment situation. Firstly, we should pray in Jesus Christ's name as He is the only way to access God and His power. Whenever we pray, we should always go to God the Father in Jesus' name. First we should pray that his faith be increased and that he place it in Jesus. Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our dear brother who is facing challenges in his employment due to court hearings and probation appointments. We pray that You would increase his faith and that He believes in Jesus Christ as His Lord and Savior. Lord, we ask for Your mercy and grace upon him.
We know that God is the ultimate authority and protector. As it says in Psalm 121:1-2 WEB, "I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth."
God knows our needs and He is working everything together for good for those who love and serve Him. We pray that your grandson will trust God in this situation, knowing that He is sovereign over all things.
We pray for your grandson's supervisors, that they would show compassion and understanding, as Colossians 3:23 WEB reminds us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." We ask that God would soften their hearts and give them wisdom in handling this situation.
Moreover, we pray for your grandson's responsibilities, including his child support and probation dues. That God would provide for all his needs according to His riches in glory. We are reminded in Philippians 4:19 WEB, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
However, we also pray that your grandson would learn from this experience. If he has been involved in activities not pleasing to the Lord and leading to court cases, we pray for his repentance and turning away from those actions. As stated, "Don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap." Galatians 6:7 WEB.
We pray that he will live a life in Christ that does not lead to legal issues, but one that honors God and leads to blessings in Christ. We pray for God to provide him a good job to meet his needs and to bless him in Christ Jesus so that he can be a good father and a responsible citizen.
Let us also remember the importance of Godly living as God blesses obedience to Him, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land." 2 Chronicles 7:14 WEB. We pray for his obedience to God and that he turns from his wicked ways.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
