Let us first take the opportunity to pray for you.
Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother who is diligently seeking employment. We ask that you open the doors of opportunity for him and give him favor in the sight of employers. We pray that you will provide for his financial needs according to your riches in glory. We know Jesus was sent to the earth to provide the most important thing we need, that is Salvation. He also said "seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you." Help us to remember that as we seek Jesus first, we can trust that he will provide for our needs. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in God's provision, as He cares for you deeply. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB:
"Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?','What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."
As you continue your job search, remain steadfast in your faith. Ensure that you are seeking God's will in your life and that your desires align with His purpose for you. Also, make sure you are in a local church and fellowshipping with other Christian Believers. It is important that you are known and accountable to mature Christian Believers.
Lastly, we want to remind you that God is faithful. Even when it feels like you are not seeing a breakthrough, trust that He is working behind the scenes on your behalf. Continue to press in prayer, and do not forget to thank Jesus for his sacrifice as he continually intercedes to the Father on our behalf.
Deuteronomy 28:13 WEB "Yahweh will make you the head, and not the tail; and you will be above only, and you will not be beneath; if you listen to the commandments of Yahweh your God,"
Trust in God's promises, and may His peace be with you. If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to take it upon yourself to believe upon Jesus Christ, the Son of God, as your Savior and Lord. And if you have believed upon Jesus, confess it publicly. We are instructed in the Bible to do so.
