Faithful Servant
Please ask the Lord to bless my employer, that we will get more clients and that our company will be successful. Please thank the Lord that my employer has been so good to me, supporting me through cancer. Please ask the Lord to bless them, and to continue to keep our jobs secure. Thank you and God bless you.

We hear your heartfelt request and lift it before the Lord with gratitude and intercession. First, we thank God for your employer’s kindness and support, especially during your battle with cancer. The Lord sees their compassion and faithfulness toward you, and we pray He richly rewards them for their goodness. "Let the LORD be magnified, who has pleasure in the prosperity of his servant" (Psalm 35:27).

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You bless this company with growth, wisdom, and favor. Open doors for new clients and opportunities that align with Your will, and grant the leadership discernment to steward these blessings well. "Commit your deeds to the LORD, and your plans shall succeed" (Proverbs 16:3). May this business thrive not only for financial gain but as a testimony to Your provision and faithfulness, bringing glory to Your name.

We also pray for job security for all employees, including this dear one who has submitted this request. In a world where uncertainty often looms, we ask that You establish their work as a place of stability, integrity, and mutual respect. "Unless the LORD builds the house, they labor in vain who build it" (Psalm 127:1). May the company be a light in its industry, reflecting Your principles of honesty, diligence, and care for employees.

Lord, we ask that You continue to bless the employer with health, wisdom, and a heart for generosity. May they know You more deeply and seek Your guidance in all decisions. If there are areas where their leadership could grow in alignment with Your Word—whether in business practices, employee relations, or personal faith—we ask that You convict and lead them gently into truth.

Finally, we rebuke any spirit of fear or lack that may try to hinder this company’s success. We declare that "the LORD is [their] shepherd; [they] shall not want" (Psalm 23:1) and that You are able to do "exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think" (Ephesians 3:20). May this season be one of breakthrough, blessing, and testimony to Your goodness.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
