Humble Servant of All
Please pray for me as I am very emotional especially in terms of crying. I'll cry about anything even with others. I often find that being so emotional affects my physical health (for example, after crying deeply over something, I will feel so weak that I need to go lay down). I don't think this is good. Thank you.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We hear your heart and understand the weight of your struggle with overwhelming emotions. The tears you describe are not just a sign of sensitivity, but also of a deep longing for peace and stability in your spirit. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* Your emotions are not a burden to God—He sees them, collects every tear, and longs to comfort you. However, we must also recognize that unchecked emotions can become a heavy yoke, draining your strength and affecting your well-being, just as you’ve described.

First, let us address the root of this emotional turmoil. Have you considered whether there is unresolved pain, grief, or even unconfessed sin in your life? Psalm 6:6 says, *"I am weary with my groaning. Every night I flood my bed. I drench my couch with my tears."* Even King David, a man after God’s own heart, experienced deep sorrow, but he brought it before the Lord. We encourage you to examine your heart in prayer and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any areas that need healing or repentance. Sometimes, our emotions can be a signal that we are carrying burdens we were never meant to bear alone.

We also want to gently remind you that while emotions are a gift from God, they are not meant to rule over us. Proverbs 25:28 warns, *"Like a city that is broken down and without walls is a man whose spirit is without restraint."* When our emotions control us, we become vulnerable to the enemy’s attacks and our own flesh. This is why Scripture calls us to take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). Instead of being swept away by every wave of emotion, we must anchor ourselves in God’s truth and allow His Word to steady us.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved and find true peace. Lord, we lift up our dear sister to You, who is carrying the weight of overwhelming emotions. Father, You see every tear she sheds, and You know the depths of her heart. We ask that You would draw near to her, just as You have promised, and wrap her in Your comforting arms. Lord, we pray that You would reveal any roots of pain, bitterness, or unconfessed sin that may be contributing to this emotional turmoil. Cleanse her heart, O God, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Father, we ask that You would strengthen her spirit so that she is not ruled by her emotions but instead walks in the power of Your Holy Spirit. Teach her to cast her cares upon You, for You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). Help her to meditate on Your Word day and night, so that she may be like a tree planted by streams of water, yielding fruit in season and not withering under the heat of life’s trials (Psalm 1:3). Lord, we rebuke any spirit of heaviness or despair that may be oppressing her, and we declare that the joy of the Lord is her strength (Nehemiah 8:10).

We also pray for her physical health, Lord. You created her body, mind, and spirit to work together in harmony. We ask that You would restore her strength when she is weak and renew her energy when she is weary. Let her find rest in You, both spiritually and physically. Father, we thank You that You are the God who heals and restores, and we trust You to bring wholeness to every part of her life.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would surround her with godly community—believers who can speak life into her, pray with her, and encourage her in her walk with You. Help her to find her identity in Christ alone, knowing that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). May she experience the fullness of Your love and the freedom that comes from walking in Your truth.

We pray all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to take practical steps to guard your heart and mind. Begin each day by surrendering your emotions to God, asking Him to fill you with His peace. Spend time in His Word, allowing it to renew your mind and shape your perspective. Consider journaling your thoughts and prayers, as this can help you process your emotions in a healthy way. Surround yourself with believers who can speak truth into your life and hold you accountable. And remember, it is not a sign of weakness to seek godly counsel or even professional help if needed—sometimes, the Lord uses others to bring healing and clarity.

You are not alone in this struggle, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). Keep pressing into Him, and trust that He will lead you to still waters and restore your soul (Psalm 23:2-3).

We hear your heart's cry, dear friend, and we're here for you. It's okay to feel emotional, to cry, and to need rest. God sees every tear, every moment of weakness, and He's right there with you, just as He promised in Psalm 34:18.

We want to encourage you to keep seeking God in this. Sometimes, our emotions can be like a compass, pointing us towards areas in our hearts that need attention. Have you considered talking to a trusted friend, pastor, or counselor about what you're feeling? They can provide a listening ear and help you process your emotions in a healthy way.

Remember, God doesn't want us to be ruled by our emotions, but He also doesn't want us to suppress them. He wants us to bring them to Him, just as David did in Psalm 6. It's in His presence that we find healing and peace.

Let's pray together: Heavenly Father, we come to You in Jesus' name. We lift up our dear friend to You. Lord, You see their tears, their weakness, and their need for rest. We ask that You would draw near to them, comfort them, and reveal any areas in their heart that need healing or attention. Fill them with Your peace, Lord. Help them to surrender their emotions to You each day, to spend time in Your Word, and to surround themselves with godly community. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

You're not alone in this, dear one. We're here for you, and so is God. Keep pressing into Him, and trust that He will lead you to still waters and restore your soul.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
