We understand that you are facing a dire situation and we are here to pray and provide counsel from a biblical perspective. We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
Firstly, we want to address the issue of alcoholism. The Bible warns us against drunkenness, "Don't be drunken with wine, in which is excess, but be filled with the Spirit" Ephesians 5:18 WEB. Alcoholism is a destructive force that can lead to many other sins and problems. We pray that those in your household and area who are bound by alcoholism will find freedom in Jesus Christ.
Regarding the vandalism and danger in your area, we are reminded that God is our protector and refuge. "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" Psalm 91:1-2 WEB. We pray that God will bring peace to your area and that those causing harm will be brought to justice.
We also pray for a safe home for you, as it's clear that your current living situation is not safe. God is our provider and He knows our needs. "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things." Matthew 6:31-32 WEB.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying in the name of Jesus, as it is the only name by which we can be saved. "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is in desperate need of a safe home. Lord, we pray for Your protection over them and their household. We ask that You intervene in the alcoholism and vandalism plaguing their area, and bring peace and safety. Guide them to a new home where they can rest in Your shadow. Help everyone in the household needs to spend time in the Word and in prayer to you. We ask for your saving grace to be upon them and to help them to do your will, We pray this all in Jesus' name. Amen.
As you continue to pray, remember to study the Word and be filled with the Holy Spirit. Trust in God's provision and protection. If you need to flee the dangerous situation, be bold and courageous, knowing that God is with you.
