Emergency surgery in the morning

Please pray for Glen, my sister's father-in-law. He went to the doctor today, they did blood work and tests and gave him a prescription. While he was in Wal-mart getting it filled, the doctor called him and said "Come back NOW! Blood count really low, expect you have cancer and want to operate right away."

He told my brother-in-law that this is probably the end for him and he's worried about his wife who needs constant care because of her failing health.

Please pray for their whole family.

Father, go with this man. Guide and protect him as the doctors reveal what is wrong. Place Your healing hands upon his body, bringing restoration to every tissue, bone, mucle and cell. May You dispel all disease or sickness by Your authority and mercy. Give this family hope, strength and courage to walk this journey with him. Stay with him, Father, bring him healing and comfort. Amen.

Update on Glen:

They did not do the surgery, but have diagnosed him with liver cancer and given him 3-6 weeks to live. The doctors are sending him to a specialist for more testing and a biopsy. Glen takes care of his wife who is in very poor health. Please pray for her also.
