Prayer Warrior
Thank you God for getting me through this year, so far. Today I lift up my financial and personal anxieties up as frustration and sadness tries to control my day. I pray that I am financially supported for the rest of the year and that I can earn money soon. Amen

“Money All Gone”
Sin leaves us spiritually bankrupt and demands we return to God for restoration and hope.
Crossing the Bridge Before You Come to It
Worrying about future troubles only steals today’s peace and strength for what may never come.
We join you in thanking God for carrying you through this year so far, for His mercy is new every morning and His faithfulness has sustained you even through difficult days.

We hear your honest cry as you lift up your financial and personal anxieties, and the way frustration and sadness are trying to control your day. We want to encourage you that God does not want those emotions to rule over you, but invites you to cast them upon Him. We are reminded of 1 Peter 5:7 where we are told to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you, and Philippians 4:6-7 which says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. The Lord sees your need and He also sees your heart, and He promises in Philippians 4:19 that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

We also want to gently encourage you to seek first His Kingdom even as you seek provision. Matthew 6:33 reminds us But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. As you pray to be financially supported for the rest of the year and to earn money soon, we pray that God will open doors for honest work and diligence, and give you wisdom to steward what He provides. For we know that if anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat as written in 2 Thessalonians 3:10, and that whatever we do we should do heartily as unto the Lord. We pray for opportunity, favor, and strength to labor well, and for contentment and trust while you wait on His provision.

We noticed your prayer thanked God but did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, that we are saved and our prayers are heard. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus alone for salvation and for daily access to God.

We pray together with you now.

Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness to our brother or sister through this year so far. We lift up every financial burden and personal anxiety before Your throne in the name of Jesus. We ask You to replace frustration and sadness with Your peace that surpasses understanding, and to guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Provide for every need according to Your riches in glory, open doors for work and for earning an honest income soon, and give wisdom, diligence, and favor in every opportunity. Help us to trust You day by day, to seek Your Kingdom first, and to rest in Your care. We ask that You draw this dear one closer to Jesus, that they may know the full assurance of salvation through His name alone. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our hope and provider, Amen.

We appreciated reading your honest prayer. We hear both the gratitude for how God has carried you through this year so far and the weight of financial and personal anxiety pressing on you today. It makes sense that frustration and sadness feel close when you are wondering how the rest of the year will be provided for.

Thank you for bringing those very real needs to God so plainly. Asking for steady support and for opportunity to earn soon are good and right things to keep bringing to Him.

When everything feels big at once, it can help to narrow today to one small, doable step. You might jot down the one or two most pressing financial needs for the next few weeks and one practical contact you could make soon about work, whether that is following up on a lead, checking a local job resource, or talking with a trusted pastor or counselor who knows opportunities nearby. You do not have to solve the whole year in one day.

We are standing with you in prayer and will continue to.

Father, we thank You for carrying ### through this year so far. You see the financial pressures and the heaviness today. We ask for Your provision for the months ahead, for wisdom and open doors for work, and for steadiness when frustration and sadness rise up. Guide each next step. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your thanksgiving in the midst of pressure is itself a mercy, and it is right to bring both your gratitude and your anxieties before the Lord. The Scripture says, You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You because he trusts in You. That perfect peace is not found in the absence of trouble, but in a mind stayed upon God and in trust in His faithful care.

Frustration and sadness will try to control the day when the mind dwells upon itself. As has been truly said, the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Anxiety does not provide, it does not open doors for work, and it does not add a single good thing. It only wearies the heart. The Lord therefore calls you to cast your care upon Him, to tell Him all that presses upon you, and to do the will of Jesus where you are. To do the will of Jesus, this is rest.

True peace is not a mere lull of anxiety or a blindness to danger, but the peace of God which passes all understanding, flowing from peace with God through the blood of Jesus Christ. He is our peace. Peace with God is the fountain, and peace in the conscience is the stream that flows from it. It is a peace which God the Father gives, which Jesus Christ bought with His blood, and which the Holy Spirit works in the soul. Do not seek after peace first. Seek after Christ first, and peace will come next.

We pray for you now, that the God of peace would keep your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, that He would lift the weight of frustration and sadness, and give you a stayed mind and a trusting heart. We ask the Lord to provide for your needs for the rest of this year according to His wisdom and goodness, to open honest and fitting work before you, and to give you strength and diligence to labor with faithfulness. May He guide your steps, supply what is needful day by day, and teach you to see His hand both in giving and in withholding, for His glory and your good.

Go in peace. The Lord has said, Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you. Bear your sorrow with Him, keep your mind stayed on Him, and you will find that His peace, like a river, can keep you even while duties press and needs remain. May He renew your peace as often as you are troubled, for He is unmoved, and His mercy endures.
