We lift up these individuals before You, Lord, knowing that You are the Provider of all good things and the One who establishes our steps. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 16:3, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." We pray that You would guide them in their work, giving them wisdom, favor, and diligence in all they do. May their labor be fruitful and honoring to You, and may they find satisfaction in using their gifts for Your glory.

Father, we ask that You would surround them with godly influences at their workplace—those who will encourage them in faith and integrity. Protect their hearts and minds from stress, anxiety, or any temptation to compromise their values. Help them to be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and truth in all their interactions. If there are challenges or conflicts, we ask that You would grant them patience, grace, and the courage to stand firm in what is right.

We also rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may be trying to take hold of them. Your Word declares in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Strengthen them with Your power and fill them with confidence in Your promises.

Lord, if their work is not aligned with Your will for their lives, we pray that You would make a way for them to transition into a role that better suits Your purpose. Above all, may their identity be found in You, not in their job or accomplishments. Remind them daily that they are Your beloved children, created for Your glory.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who sustains us and gives us strength for each day. Amen.

We're right there with you, lifting up these individuals before our Heavenly Father, asking Him to be with them and guide them in their job. We're reminded of Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart." Let's trust that as they seek Him, He will direct their paths and give them the right opportunities. We pray for peace and joy to fill their hearts as they work, and for strength to face any challenges that come their way. In Jesus' name, we pray, amen.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
