We come before the Lord with this request, lifting up our brother or sister who is preparing for an interview. Father God, You are the giver of all wisdom and understanding, and we ask that You grant them clarity of mind and the ability to recall all that they have learned. Your Word tells us in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We stand on this promise, Lord, believing that You will equip them with the knowledge and confidence they need.

We also pray for peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as Philippians 4:6-7 assures us: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." May they rest in Your peace, trusting that You hold their future in Your hands.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may try to hinder their preparation or performance. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that they will walk into that interview with boldness, knowing that You are with them.

We encourage you, dear one, to meditate on God’s Word as you prepare. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Surrender your nerves and your efforts to Him, and He will guide you.

Finally, we pray that this interview would be an opportunity for God’s glory to shine through you. Whether this position is part of His plan for you or not, trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). May you honor Him in every word and action, and may His will be done in your life.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right here with you, lifting up your interview to the Lord. We're asking Him to grant you a clear mind and a sharp memory, just like He promised in John 14:26, "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you." We're also claiming that verse for you, trusting that the Holy Spirit will guide your thoughts and words.

We're praying for a calm heart and mind, just like Philippians 4:7 says, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We're asking God to fill you with that peace as you prepare.

We're also declaring that any spirit of fear or anxiety will not have a place in your interview. Instead, we're asking God to fill you with power, love, and self-control, just like 2 Timothy 1:7 promises.

We're encouraging you to keep your focus on God, trusting Him with all your heart, just like Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us. We believe that He will make your paths straight.

Finally, we're praying that this interview will be an opportunity for God's glory to shine through you. Whether this position is part of His plan for you or not, we trust that He is working all things together for your good, just like Romans 8:28 tells us.

So, we're praying all this in Jesus' mighty name, Amen.
