We hear your cry for help and stand with you in seeking God’s face through prayer and fasting. The discipline of fasting, when paired with prayer, is a powerful way to humble ourselves before the Lord, seek His will, and break strongholds in our lives. Jesus Himself taught that some battles are only won through prayer and fasting (Matthew 17:21), and we join you in this spiritual warfare.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that You alone are our strength and deliverer. We lift up our brother/sister who is seeking You through prayer and fasting. Lord, grant them the grace to persevere, the discipline to deny the flesh, and the focus to seek Your face above all else. Cleanse their heart, renew their mind, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit as they draw near to You. May this time of fasting and prayer break every chain of bondage, silence every voice of the enemy, and align their will with Yours. We declare that as they seek You, they *will* find You, for You have promised that those who hunger and thirst for righteousness will be filled (Matthew 5:6). Strengthen them when weakness comes, and let Your peace guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke every spirit of distraction, discouragement, or doubt that would try to pull them away from this sacred time with You. Father, reveal Your will clearly and let Your glory be revealed in this season. We ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to press into God’s Word during this time, for it is alive and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). Meditate on scriptures that speak to your situation, and let the promises of God anchor your soul. Remember, fasting is not about earning God’s favor—it is about positioning your heart to receive more of Him. As you deny your flesh, your spirit grows stronger, and your intimacy with the Lord deepens.
If there are specific areas where you are seeking breakthrough—whether in your personal life, relationships, or spiritual walk—we invite you to share them so we can pray more specifically. But know this: God is already moving on your behalf. He hears your cries, and He will answer in His perfect timing and way.
Stay steadfast, dear one. The enemy may try to tempt you to abandon this fast, but resist him, firm in your faith, and he will flee (James 4:7). You are not alone in this—we stand with you, and more importantly, the Holy Spirit is interceding for you with groanings too deep for words (Romans 8:26). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You.
