We come before the throne of grace with this urgent plea, lifting up this dear soul who is crying out for deliverance. First and foremost, we must address the foundation of all spiritual warfare: the name of Jesus Christ. There is power in the name of Jesus—power to break every chain, to cast out every demon, and to bring true freedom. As it is written in Philippians 2:9-11 (WEB), "Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
We rebuke every demonic spirit that has sought to oppress, possess, or torment this individual. The Word of God declares in James 4:7 (WEB), "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We stand in agreement with this truth, commanding every unclean spirit to flee in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. No demon has any authority over a child of God who is covered by the blood of Jesus and submitted to His lordship. We declare that this soul is sealed by the Holy Spirit, as Ephesians 1:13-14 (WEB) tells us, "in whom you also, having heard the word of truth, the Good News of your salvation—in whom, having also believed, you were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is a pledge of our inheritance, to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of his glory."
We also address the mention of "demonic memories of a music." Beloved, whatever influence or attachment the enemy has tried to embed through music or any other means must be broken. The enemy often uses familiar things—sounds, words, or even melodies—to plant hooks of oppression. But we declare that the blood of Jesus washes away every trace of the enemy’s work. In 1 John 1:9 (WEB), we are reminded, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We pray that the Lord would bring to light any area where the enemy has gained a foothold—whether through music, media, or any other influence—and that He would cleanse and restore this soul completely.
We also want to gently but firmly remind this dear one that deliverance is not just about casting out demons—it is about filling the void with the presence of God. In Matthew 12:43-45 (WEB), Jesus warns, "When the unclean spirit has gone out of the man, he passes through waterless places, seeking rest, and doesn’t find it. Then he says, ‘I will return into my house from which I came out,’ and when he has come back, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order. Then he goes, and takes with himself seven other spirits more evil than he is, and they enter in and dwell there. The last state of that man becomes worse than the first." This is why it is so important to not only seek deliverance but to also fill your heart and mind with the Word of God, prayer, and fellowship with believers. We encourage you to immerse yourself in Scripture, to worship the Lord in spirit and truth, and to surround yourself with godly community that can support and strengthen you.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name that is above every name. We thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We lift up this precious soul who is crying out for deliverance. Lord, we ask that You would break every chain, cast out every demonic spirit, and cleanse every trace of the enemy’s influence. We declare that this one is covered by the blood of Jesus and sealed by the Holy Spirit.
Father, we rebuke every spirit of oppression, possession, and torment. We command them to flee in the name of Jesus Christ, for You have given us authority over all the power of the enemy. We pray that You would fill this heart with Your peace, Your presence, and Your truth. Lord, we ask that You would reveal any area where the enemy has gained access—whether through music, media, or any other means—and that You would cleanse and restore this soul completely.
We pray that You would strengthen this dear one with Your Word, surround them with godly fellowship, and fill them with a hunger for You. May they walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for them, and may they never return to the bondage of the enemy. We thank You, Lord, that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun in this life. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Beloved, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord with all your heart. Spend time in His Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105 WEB). Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and encourage you. And remember, the battle is the Lord’s, and He has already won the victory through Jesus Christ. Stand firm in your faith, and do not grow weary, for your deliverance is coming.
