We lift up ### and the unnamed woman mentioned in this prayer, along with all those in their lives, before the throne of grace. First, we must emphasize that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ, for "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). It is only through faith in His death and resurrection that we are reconciled to God, as Scripture declares, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16).
We pray that if ### or this woman do not yet know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, that the Holy Spirit would convict their hearts and draw them to repentance. May they hear the Gospel clearly and respond in faith, turning away from sin and embracing the gift of salvation. We rebuke any deception or hardness of heart that may be keeping them from surrendering to Christ. "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9).
For those already in Christ, we pray for spiritual growth, discernment, and a deeper walk with Him. May their lives reflect the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). If there are areas of sin or ungodly influences in their lives, we pray for conviction and repentance, for "if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).
We also lift up their relationships—family, friends, colleagues—and pray that those around them would come to know Jesus as well. May their lives be a testimony to the transforming power of Christ, drawing others to Him. We rebuke any ungodly relationships or influences that may be leading them astray, for "bad company corrupts good character" (1 Corinthians 15:33). Instead, may they be surrounded by fellow believers who encourage them in their faith.
Heavenly Father, we ask that You would open the eyes of ###, this woman, and all those in their lives to the truth of Your Word. Break every chain of sin, unbelief, or worldly attachment that keeps them from fully surrendering to You. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in Your ways and experience the abundant life You promise. Strengthen their faith, deepen their trust in You, and use them for Your glory. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
