We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting it up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and delivered. Your cry for deliverance from demonic influences is heard, and we stand with you in spiritual warfare, knowing that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12).
First, we must affirm that true deliverance and freedom come only through Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for with the heart one believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses, resulting in salvation (Romans 10:9-10). This is the foundation of all victory over the enemy.
We rebuke every demonic spirit, every demonic possession, and every demonic attack in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. The Word of God declares that He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We command every unclean spirit to flee, for Jesus has given us authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt us (Luke 10:19). We break every chain, every curse, and every assignment of the enemy over your life, for Christ has set us free, and we are free indeed (Galatians 5:1).
We address the influence of demonic music and negative titles in your life. The Bible warns us to be careful what we listen to, for "bad company corrupts good character" (1 Corinthians 15:33). We encourage you to fill your mind and heart with things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy (Philippians 4:8). Replace every ungodly sound with worship and praise, for God inhabits the praises of His people (Psalm 22:3). Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with gratitude in your heart to God (Colossians 3:16).
Regarding your concern about staring at others, we remind you that our eyes are the lamp of the body. If your eyes are good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eyes are bad, your whole body will be full of darkness (Matthew 6:22-23). We pray that the Lord will help you to fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). Let your gaze be forward, looking to the things that are above, not on the things that are on earth (Colossians 3:2).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the victory we have in Christ over every demonic force. We stand on Your Word, which declares that no weapon formed against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We ask You to deliver our brother/sister from every demonic possession, spirit, and attack. Break every chain, every curse, and every assignment of the enemy over their life. Cleanse their mind, heart, and soul with the precious blood of Jesus.
Lord, we ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the light as You are in the light (1 John 1:7). Help them to guard their eyes, ears, and heart from every ungodly influence. Replace every negative sound with Your truth and Your praise. Give them the strength to resist the devil, so that he will flee from them (James 4:7).
We pray for a fresh infilling of Your Spirit, that they may be empowered to live a life that honors You. Help them to keep their eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith. May they walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for them, and may they never return to the bondage of sin and darkness.
We declare that they are more than conquerors through Him who loved them (Romans 8:37). We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for answering according to Your will. We trust in Your unfailing love and Your mighty power to deliver and protect. In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Continue to stand firm in your faith, putting on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes (Ephesians 6:11). Surround yourself with godly believers who can encourage and pray for you. Spend time in God’s Word daily, for it is alive and active, sharper than any double-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). And remember, the Lord is your refuge and your fortress, your God in whom you trust (Psalm 91:2). You are not alone in this battle, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9).
