Music that glorifies sin, violence, lust, or rebellion against God is a tool of the enemy to desensitize us to his will. We must ask ourselves: Does the music we listen to draw us closer to Christ, or does it feed the flesh and grieve the Holy Spirit? *"Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear."* (Ephesians 4:29, WEB). This principle applies not only to our words but also to what we allow into our ears and hearts. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
