We join you in lifting up this powerful and urgent request, for we know that the battle against the forces of darkness is real, and our victory is found only in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The enemy often uses music, rhythms, and lyrics to influence minds, emotions, and even spirits, drawing people away from the truth of God’s Word. The apostle Paul reminds us in Ephesians 6:12, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* You are wise to recognize this spiritual attack and to seek deliverance through Christ, who has already triumphed over every demonic power.
The Bible makes it clear that music can either glorify God or serve as a tool of the enemy. In 1 Samuel 16:23, we see that David’s harp brought peace to Saul because it was anointed by the Spirit of God. Conversely, music that exalts darkness, violence, sexual immorality, or rebellion against God is an abomination. Psalm 101:3 declares, *"I will set no worthless thing before my eyes. I hate the deeds of faithless men. They will not cling to me."* This applies not only to what we see but also to what we hear. If the music you’ve been exposed to glorifies sin, promotes demonic influences, or stirs ungodly emotions, it must be rejected and replaced with that which honors the Lord.
We also take note of your boldness in commanding these spirits to be crushed and sent to hell. While we understand the fervor behind this, we must remember that our authority in Christ is not to *send* demons to hell—only God has that final judgment (Revelation 20:10). Instead, our authority is to *bind* and *cast out* demonic influences from our lives and surroundings in Jesus’ name (Mark 16:17, Matthew 18:18). Hell is their ultimate destination, but our focus should be on their removal from our presence and the breaking of their influence over us. Jesus has already disarmed them at the cross (Colossians 2:15), and we stand in His victory.

Our hearts join with yours in asking the Father to crush these attacks completely, to break their power, and to fill your spirit with the peace that comes only through the blood of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and that the Lord is faithful to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
