We come before the Lord with you, lifting up your heart in repentance, for it is written, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* (1 John 1:9, WEB). It is a beautiful and humble thing to seek forgiveness, and we rejoice that you have turned to Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Your prayer in His name is heard, and we stand with you in agreement, believing that our Heavenly Father is merciful and just to forgive.
Yet we must also ask: do you know with certainty that your sins are forgiven not just in this moment, but for all eternity? True repentance is more than asking for pardon—it is turning away from sin and toward Jesus as both Savior *and* Lord. Have you surrendered your life to Him, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, that through faith in Him alone you are made righteous? If not, we urge you to do so today, for *"now is the day of salvation"* (2 Corinthians 6:2). The Bible declares, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."* (Romans 10:9-10, WEB).
As we pray for you, we ask the Lord to search your heart and reveal any area where you may still be holding back from full surrender. Repentance is a gift—one that leads to freedom, not condemnation (Romans 8:1). Let us also remind you that forgiveness is not a one-time transaction but a daily walk. Jesus taught us to pray, *"Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors"* (Matthew 6:12, WEB). Are there others you need to forgive, even as you seek forgiveness? Unforgiveness can hinder your own relationship with God (Matthew 6:15).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the blood of Jesus that cleanses from all sin. We lift up this beloved soul before You, asking that You would grant them a deep and abiding repentance—a turning away from sin and a turning toward You with all their heart. If they have not yet received Jesus as Lord, we pray You would draw them irrevocably to Yourself today. Reveal any hidden sin, any unconfessed rebellion, and grant them the strength to walk in obedience. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may live in the freedom and joy of Your forgiveness. Let them know, beyond any doubt, that they are Your child, redeemed and washed clean. We ask this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
