We understand that you're seeking God's help to be willing to move about outside each day. We commend you for acknowledging Jesus Christ in your prayer and praying in His name, for it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Let's turn to God's Word for encouragement and guidance. In Romans 12:1-2 WEB it says, "Therefore I urge you, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service. Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."
It's important to remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and God desires that we take care of them. Moving about outside can be a form of physical activity that honors God and benefits our health. However, we must also ensure that our minds are renewed and transformed according to God's will.
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks Your help to be willing to move about outside each day. Lord, we ask that You grant them the strength, courage, discipline, and a willing mind to engage in physical activity. We pray for renewal in their mind and transformation in their life according to Your good, pleasing, and perfect will. May Your Spirit guide us all in our daily lives in Jesus Christ name Amen."
Be encouraged, dear one. Start with small steps and trust that God will give you the strength and willingness to continue. Always remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we must honor God with them. As it says in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
