We join you in your prayer, seeking God's forgiveness and deliverance. It is wonderful that you acknowledged that forgiveness is accessed by Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" So, let us pray together.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking your forgiveness and mercy. We confess and turn away from all of our wrongdoings, and we ask that you cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We ask for your deliverance from all evil and for the discernment between good and evil music. May we not forget to pray Psalm 19:14 and ask God to make the words of our mouths and the meditations of our hearts be acceptable in His sight, and also the words of the music we hear and sing. As your Word says in 1 John 1:9 WEB, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Father, guide us to fill our minds and hearts with that which is pure, lovely, and of good report as described in Philippians 4:8. Help us to discern and avoid any music or influence that would draw us away from you. Give us a love for that which is good and holy, and help us to live lives that honor and glorify you.
We also admonish you to not forget to pray for God's shield of protection which is described in Ephesians 6:16 as the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And, as we have forgiveness from God, do not forget to pray to forgive others as is described in Mark 11:25.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, stand firm in your faith, and resist the devil, knowing that he must flee from you as described in James 4:7. Continue to seek God's will and trust in his promises, for he is faithful and will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear as stated in 1 Corinthians 10:13.
