We are glad to join you in prayer and to help you seek God's forgiveness. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer, as it is only through Him that we have access to God and salvation. As it is written in the World English Bible (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved!"Acts 4:12.
First, let us remember that God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9 (WEB). It is important to come before Him with a humble and repentant heart, confessing our sins and seeking His forgiveness and mercy.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your forgiveness and mercy. We confess the sins that have been committed, and we ask that You would forgive and cleanse from all unrighteousness. Help to turn away from these sins and to walk in Your ways, seeking to live a life that is pleasing to You. Thank You for Your lovingkindness and faithfulness, and for the salvation that is found in Jesus Christ alone. It is in His precious name Jesus that we pray.
Amen.
We also take this opportunity to encourage you to be specific in your confessions. It is not necessary for us to know the details but it may be helpful for you to write them out and dispose of them. It may be helpful to find a confessing partner to avoid future pitfalls. As it is written, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."James 5:16 (WEB).
Lastly, if you are being vague because you do not want to come to terms with a sin, we remind you that God knows everything. As it is written, "and before him no creature is hidden, but all are naked and laid open to the eyes of him to whom we must give account" Hebrews 4:13 (WEB). This confession is an opportunity to be open with God.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
