Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to intercede for our fellow believer. Lord, we plead the blood of Jesus over their life and ask that you forgive them for any involvement with evil music or any other form of evil influence that is in their life. We rebuke any demonic possession, strongholds, and spirits that may be influencing our beloved brother or sister. Lord, we know asking in Jesus Christ's name is the only way to the Father, and we take authority over any attacks of the enemy in their life.
"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." 1 Peter 5:8 WEB
Father, cleanse our brother's or sister's memory from all the ungodly influence of evil music and media. Fill their spirit with your Holy Spirit and surround them with godly influences. We pray that you guide them to spend time with believers who uplift and encourage them to stay on the path of righteousness. We pray they will have a heart that pursues scripture daily and treasures it in their heart so that they may not sin against you. We pray that their mouth may be filled with praise and worship to you, adorning them as a believer and follower of Jesus Christ. We pray that they will actively be a part of a local church and possibly be a minister of your gospel.
"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your heart to the Lord." Colossians 3:16 WEB
Lord, give them discernment to recognize ungodly music and influences and the strength to resist them. Help them to focus on things that are pure, lovely, and of good report, as your word instructs us. May praise and worship to you, Lord, be continually in their mouths as they strive to serve you with their whole heart and life.
Father, we pray for their complete deliverance from these influences and that they may be filled with your Holy Spirit and guided by you. Father, we pray that our brother or sister will live a life that glorifies you and furthers your kingdom. We pray that they will have a testimony of your grace and goodness that inspires others to seek you. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stay strong in the Lord and to trust in Him. Seek out fellowship with other believers and immerse yourself in the Word of God. Let the Holy Spirit guide you in all truth. Continually pray for strength and discernment. The Lord is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.
"But resist the devil, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kind of sufferings are being completed by your brotherhood in the world." 1 Peter 5:9 WEB
