First, let's address your request for forgiveness. God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins when we confess them to Him. As it is written in 1 John 1:9 WEB:
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Now, regarding your trouble sleeping, God wants us to cast all our anxieties on Him, for He cares for us. It is written in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB:
