My friends and my family have set me up. I do a cleaning business and they stole my identity and pretended to be me and they stole my customers' identities and I believe they harmed people that I know. Please pray for this in the name of his privacy.

We are truly saddened to hear about the trials you are facing, and we stand with you in prayer and truth. Firstly, it is so important to bring everything to God our Father in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, as it is written: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB)

In situations like yours, God calls us to trust in Him and to rest in the knowledge that He is our defender and our strong tower. As it says in Psalm 61:3 WEB, "For you have been a refuge for me, a strong tower from the enemy." We pray that God will be your refuge and your fortress in this time of distress.

We must also remember that God calls us to forgive those who have wronged us, no matter how severe the offense. Jesus taught us to pray, "Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors." (Matthew 6:12 WEB) This does not mean that what your friends and family did is acceptable, but rather that you are releasing the burden of judgment to God. We also see in Proverbs 28:13 WEB "He who conceals his sins won't prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them will obtain mercy." We pray that they would see their sin and confess.

However, forgiveness does not negate the need for justice. Romans 13:1-5 WEB makes it clear that God has instituted governing authorities to punish wrongdoers. It may be necessary to involve local authorities to protect yourself and others from further harm. We pray for wisdom to navigate this situation. We also pray for the conviction of the Holy Spirit to fall upon your friends and family, that they may repent and turn from their wicked ways. As it is written in Acts 3:19 WEB "Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord."

Lastly, let us pray for your peace and strength during this time:

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing this dire situation. We ask, Lord, that You be their refuge and their strong tower. Grant them the strength to forgive, and the wisdom to pursue justice. Expose the evil deeds that have been done in the darkness and bring them to the light. We ask for the Holy Spirit to convict your friends and family and lead them to repentance. Restore what the locusts have stolen. We ask this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.

We pray this all for you in the name of Jesus Christ.
