Drug addicted dad

Hi, my father is a drug addict. He always picks up a quarrel with my mother after taking drugs. Many of our relatives and friends have advised him to stop that. But, he won't listen. Now, I am thirty years of age, and most of my good alliances are getting canceled because of my dad. Our priest told that the treatment from a wellness treatment centre can make a big change in his behavior. We have arranged several fasting prayers for the sake of him. But, none of them showed a result. I am feeling really down. Will my dad ever be able to recover from his addiction? Please pray for us.

Dear One, the only person who can stop your father's addiction is him. I'm so sorry...

May I suggest that you visit a group for children of addicts (alcohol/drugs), so you can get some help and support? May God bless you.
