Dream Home Almost A Possibility

My husband I have frequently sat down and discussed our dream home. Nothing extravagant, just a cozy home for our two children and a little bit of land to have chickens/ducks and maybe a goat or two...our ultimate goal has been to become more self-sufficient in an effort to live more humbly. Unfortunately, job loss has dragged down our credit, leaving the opportunity to get a mortgage nearly impossible right now. We are both now employed again, by the grace of God and have been presented with an opportunity of a lifetime (to us). A man has offered us a home that is VERY affordable, honestly this is the house we have been envisioning and PRAYING FOR for years, and he has offered a rent-to-own option that would give us time to build our credit back up to where it needs to be. The only problem is there is also an investor looking to buy it who may be able to give him cash in hand, though they are squabbling about the numbers which is making it seem like we still have a shot at this. I can not express how much this would me to my family, my heart is truely in this house. They are having a meeting tomorrow night (4/21) to come to a final decision and if he doesn't take it, it is OURS. PLEASE pray that things go in our favor...I have been praying for days and will continue to but I need a little help.

God I ask you to help these lovely people and give them the home of their dreams. Don't allow their faith to be tested in the name of Jesus and by the Spirit answer their prayer as I am in agreement with them. Amen.

Lord God we thank you for everything that you have given us and have done for us, Father in the name of Jesus Christ I lift up to you this family, Lord God, give them the desire of hearts, this house Lord, we claim this house for them in the name of Jesus. You will be at the meeting Lord God and your hand will be there and you will give this house in favor for this family who are your children Lord God. Thank you that you have heard our prayers Lord this is for your glory and honor in Jesus name we pray Amen!
