Don't Give Up

The Bible tells us that we are to give thanks in everything, the good things AND the bad things. In Psalm 50:23, God says, "He who offers a sacrifice of thanksgiving honors Me." In the hard times, thanksgiving is difficult but it is so very necessary. Thanksgiving honors God, and when you and I honor God, He honors us (1 Samuel 2:30http://www.crosswalkmail.com/orfrzmtlrfrdtqlvdkgncdsctmdqjggqfwtczzvwfjjkffq_xrgrhrjdvdvg.htmlhttp://www.crosswalkmail.com/orfrzmtlrfrdtqlvdkgncdsctmdqjggqfwtczzvwfjjkffq_xrgrhrjdvdvg.html).

I am thanking God for the good times AND the bad but I still struggle with having peace inside to weather the storm I am going through. Each day I wake up there is an initial sadness. I am thankful for another day but I instantly think about all that is going on in my life. I pray that God with lift the weight from my heart and mind and that my storm will pass soon.

PSALMS 34:18 (NIV)"The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."  God knows all and he has already fought that battle for me. I will never give up hope for the battle has already been won.

Please continue to pray for me prayer warriors. I really need you!!
