  Cleveland, Ohio: 20-Year-Old Angela Lochan Missing and Possibly in Danger, Police Say **  Cleveland Police said Lochan, who is of West Indian descent, was last seen Oct. 25. She is 5-feet 9-inches tall with brown eyes and brown hair and reportedly has a history of domestic violence.
