We lift up this dear one before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to touch their body with divine healing. The scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up." We stand in faith, believing that God is the Great Physician, and we ask that He guide the hands and minds of the doctors attending to this precious life.
Father, we pray that every appointment would be ordered by You, that the right tests would be conducted, the correct diagnoses made, and the most effective treatments prescribed. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus as they walk through this season of seeking healing. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they were healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we speak life and restoration over every area of their body that is afflicted.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for this one as they navigate medical decisions. May they seek You first in all things, trusting in Your provision and timing. Remind them, Lord, that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Strengthen their faith, and let them feel Your presence in tangible ways as they wait on You.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we rebuke every spirit of infirmity and sickness that seeks to linger. We command it to leave in Jesus’ name, for Your word declares that the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that this one is walking in the fullness of that abundant life, free from pain and limitation.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the healing that is already on the way. May this one experience Your love and power in profound ways during this time. We trust You, Lord, and we give You all the glory. Amen.
