Those who belong to Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts"* (Galatians 5:22-24, WEB). Yet what you are witnessing is the opposite—the works of the flesh manifesting as strife, envy, division, and the breaking of sacred bonds.
The deception you speak of—where people are no longer who they claim to be, where families are fractured by false imitations and meddling spirits—is a tactic of the enemy to create chaos. The Bible declares, *"For we don’t wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). This is not a battle against people but against the spiritual forces behind this wave of destruction. The confusion you describe, where identities are distorted and relationships are counterfeited, is a sign of demonic bewitchment. The apostle Paul rebuked the Galatians for being so quickly turned away from the truth: *"You foolish Galatians, who has bewitched you not to obey the truth...?"* (Galatians 3:1, WEB). We must stand firm in the truth and rebuke this spirit of confusion and division in the name of Jesus Christ.
You also mentioned the hypocrisy of those who claim to act "in the name of Jesus" while fostering malice, envy, and false familial ties. This is a grievous sin. Jesus Himself warned, *"Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
