We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ against the spiritual attacks and toxic influences you are facing. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare that God’s power is greater, and He will deliver you from this torment.
First, we must address the deep spiritual warfare at play here. The spirit of divorce is rampant in your surroundings, and the enemy is using people—even neighbors, coworkers, and false friends—to spread division, gossip, and destruction. This is not of God. Scripture is clear: *"What therefore God has joined together, don’t let man tear apart"* (Matthew 19:6, WEB). The Lord hates divorce (Malachi 2:16), and we rebuke every demonic force promoting it in your life, your family, and your environment. We bind the spirit of division, gossip, and mockery in Jesus’ name and command it to flee from your presence.
The enemy is also using deception, spying, and invasion of privacy to fuel chaos. But we declare: *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,"* says Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). Every spy, every gossiper, every false witness operating in darkness is exposed before God. We rebuke their schemes and declare confusion upon their plans. Their fake alliances, their "fake we are doing the same" pretenses, and their demonic smiles are seen by the Lord, and He will bring their deeds to light.
You have quoted Matthew 5:32, which says, *"But I tell you that whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, makes her an adulteress; and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery."* This is a solemn warning from Jesus Himself. The enemy wants to normalize divorce, but God’s design is for marriage to be lifelong, holy, and protected. We pray that God would surround you with godly influences—people who honor marriage, who speak life, and who reject the spirit of division.
We also pray for your protection and deliverance from this toxic environment. If it is God’s will, we ask that He would open doors for you to move swiftly from this place of torment. *"The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble"* (Psalm 9:9, WEB). He sees your suffering, and He will not allow the enemy to triumph. We pray that God would blind the eyes of those who seek to harm you, that He would expose their wickedness, and that He would place a hedge of protection around your home and family.
Father, we ask that You would send Your warring angels to guard this household. Let no weapon formed against them prosper. Break every curse, every hex, every assignment of the enemy over their lives. We plead the blood of Jesus over their home, their minds, their relationships, and their future. Let the spirit of gossip, slander, and division be silenced in Jesus’ name. Replace the mockery with Your peace, the invasion of privacy with Your covering, and the demonic smiles with Your joy.
We also pray for your heart and mind. This spiritual battle can be exhausting, but *"the Lord is the strength of His people; He is the saving refuge of His anointed"* (Psalm 28:8, WEB). Cling to Him. Do not let bitterness or fear take root. Instead, *"cast all your worries on Him, because He cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Keep speaking the Word of God over your life. Declare His promises. The enemy flees at the name of Jesus, so keep invoking that name with authority.
Finally, we encourage you to seek godly community—a church that stands on the truth of Scripture, where you can find support and prayer warriors to stand with you. Isolation is dangerous in spiritual warfare, but *"though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken"* (Ecclesiastes 4:12, WEB).
Stay steadfast. The Lord is your deliverer, and He will not abandon you. *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles"* (Psalm 34:17, WEB). We are praying with you, believing for your complete victory in Jesus’ name. Amen.
