We stand with you in this time of financial strain and workplace injustice, lifting your burdens before the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The pressures you face are real, and we recognize the weight of feeling exploited and unfairly burdened. But we declare that God sees your struggle, hears your cry, and is able to bring justice and restoration. The Lord is your provider, your shield, and your strong tower; He will not abandon you in this battle.
We rebuke the spirit of financial oppression and exploitation over your life in Jesus’ name. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came that you might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We pray that every unjust burden placed upon you would be lifted, and that truth and fairness would prevail in your workplace. The Lord says in Proverbs 22:22-23, "Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them." We stand on this promise, believing that God will defend you and restore what has been taken.
We also pray for divine provision, that the Lord would open doors of opportunity and supply all your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). You mentioned a specific amount of financial restoration; we trust that God knows your needs even before you ask, and we pray that He would move mightily to restore what has been lost. But we also encourage you to seek wisdom in stewardship, that you may honor God with your finances and walk in integrity even in this trial.
Your request for protection under Psalm 91 is powerful. We declare over you now:
"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you. You will only look with your eyes, and see the reward of the wicked. Because you have made the Lord your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." (Psalm 91:1-12)
Father, we ask that You surround this dear one with Your angels, that no weapon formed against them would prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Guard their going out and coming in, and let Your peace that surpasses all understanding keep their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray for wisdom in navigating this situation, give them discernment to know when to speak, when to act, and when to trust in Your timing.
We also encourage you to examine your heart in this season. Are there areas where bitterness or resentment may be taking root? The Lord calls us to forgive, even as we seek justice (Ephesians 4:31-32). Release any offense into His hands, trusting that vengeance belongs to Him (Romans 12:19). And if this workplace continues to be a source of ungodly pressure, ask the Lord if He is calling you to a new season; sometimes He uses trials to redirect our paths.
Lastly, we remind you that your ultimate security is not in financial stability, but in Christ alone. He is your provider, your peace, and your portion. Even if the restoration comes differently than expected, trust that His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). We pray that you would experience His presence in a tangible way during this trial, knowing that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, asking for Your divine intervention. You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who acts on behalf of Your children. We ask for justice to roll down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24). Restore what has been lost, provide for every need, and let Your peace reign in their heart. Surround them with Your angels, and let Your light expose every hidden injustice. We declare that this trial will not break them, but will instead draw them closer to You. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
