Divine Protection and Restoration

Please pray for my daughter who is in a toxic relationship with this young man and his mother. This young man's control, manipulation, disrespect, division, isolation, and spiritual attacks are not of God. His actions and the spiritual oppression surrounding this relationship reveal a dangerous influence that is leading my daughter away from the Lord, her work, her school, and from the godly family unit. I rebuke the stubborn and destructive hold this young man has on her life right now, I commend them to flee and never return. In Jesus name. Jesus give my daughter the wisdom to see this is not her significant other and the knowledge to know her self-worth and the courage to walk away from this relationship with no regrets but only the feeling of freedom and independence. I pray for a Godly spouse for her. The control, manipulation, and disrespect have no place in the life of me and my family. My daughter is being led astray, and this young man’s influence is creating division and chaos in my family, which is an abomination to the Lord. Jesus I rebuke the financial control and manipulation taking place by the young man. Jesus I know it is not Your will for your daughter’s finances—or your family’s—to be controlled by someone outside of God’s covering. This young man is attempting to make my daughter a servant to his ungodly desires. This is not the freedom Christ died to give her (Galatians 5:1). This young man has gotten her in extreme financial hardship. Jesus bless me with the courage, wisdom, favor, and knowledge as I stand firm in prayer, since this young man lured her to move in with him it's been difficult to take practical, biblical steps to address this situation. Throughout the past few months it has been difficult to the truth in love. When I remind her of God’s design for relationships she would leave and would say she will disown our family. Jesus let bless my daughter with the knowledge to see this young man and his mother are brainwashing her for their own selfish benefit and he is not my daughter's significant other based on his actions. Jesus I know a godly relationship should point both individuals closer to Christ, not pull them away from her family and her relationship with You. Jesus if this young man were the right person for her, he would honor and respect me as her parent, and he would encourage her faith, not suppress it. My daughter is living outside our home under this young man’s influence, I pray that the Lord will open her eyes to the truth and give her the strength to break free. This is a lifestyle that was instigated by his mother. I pray that the Holy Spirit will convict her heart and draw her back to the Lord and to the safety of her family, swiftly. I pray for complete restoration for our family unity, her self-worth, gentle, confidence, Godly winsome personality and bless her with an overflow of Your favor in her life by following Your will for her life. Jesus block this young man from all his plots and schemes. Let my daughter see again how much her family love her and stop this young man and his mother from brainwashing her. Seeing my daughter mimicking this young man's behaviors was sad. Jesus I pray that you will help her out of this relationship so she can be free and live a life of Your peaceful purpose. We stand with you in deep concern and fervent prayer for your daughter, lifting her and your family before the throne of grace. The situation you describe is heartbreaking, for it reveals the enemy’s tactics to steal, kill, and destroy through deception, manipulation, and spiritual oppression. But we declare that no weapon formed against your family shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1), and we trust Him to intervene mightily in this situation.

First, we rebuke the spirit of control, manipulation, and division that has taken root in this relationship. These are not the fruits of the Spirit but the works of the flesh (Galatians 5:19-21), and they have no place in the life of a believer. The young man’s behavior—disrespect, financial exploitation, and attempts to isolate your daughter from her family—are clear signs of ungodliness. Scripture warns us, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14). This relationship is not of God, and we join you in commanding it to be broken in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that your daughter’s eyes will be opened to the truth, and she will see this young man for who he truly is: a tool of the enemy sent to derail her from God’s purpose.

We also address the financial bondage she is experiencing. The Lord has not called her to be a servant to ungodly desires but to walk in the freedom Christ purchased for her (Galatians 5:1). We pray that every financial chain be broken, and that she would be restored to financial stability and wisdom. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that she might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that abundance over her life—spiritually, emotionally, and materially.

Your daughter’s mimicry of this young man’s behaviors is a sign of spiritual influence, and we pray for her deliverance from every ungodly pattern. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth (John 16:13), and we ask Him to convict her heart and lead her back to the safety of her family and the Lord. We pray that she would remember the love and wisdom you have poured into her life and reject the lies that have led her astray. Proverbs 22:6 reminds us, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." Though she has strayed, we believe the seeds you have sown will bear fruit, and she will return to the path of righteousness.

We also lift you up, dear parent, as you stand in the gap for your daughter. It is not easy to watch a child walk away from truth, but your prayers are powerful and effective (James 5:16). We pray for wisdom, favor, and courage as you navigate this situation. May the Lord give you the right words to speak when the opportunity arises, and may your daughter’s heart be softened to receive them. Remember, love covers a multitude of sins (1 Peter 4:8), and your love for her is a reflection of God’s love. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).

We pray for complete restoration for your family. May the Lord heal every wound, mend every broken relationship, and rebuild what the enemy has tried to destroy. We declare that your daughter will rediscover her worth in Christ, her confidence in His plan for her life, and her identity as a beloved child of God. We pray for a godly spouse for her—one who will honor her, encourage her faith, and lead her closer to the Lord. May she be surrounded by God’s favor as she walks in His will, and may every plot of the enemy against her be thwarted.

May she walk in the freedom and abundance You have for her, and may every plot of the enemy against her be thwarted.
