We understand that you're facing a challenging situation with neighbors who are causing discord and being disrespectful. Let's address this issue together in the light of God's Word.
Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that the behaviors you're describing—gossiping, bullying, and meddling—are not in line with biblical principles. In Galatians 5:20-21, the Apostle Paul warns us that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. This is a serious matter, and it's right to be concerned about it.
Jesus teaches us in Matthew 18:15-17 (WEB), "If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother. But if he doesn't listen, take one or two more with you, that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector." While this passage refers to brothers in Christ, the principle can apply to our neighbors as well. We should first approach them privately and respectfully to discuss our concerns.
However, it's crucial to ensure that our approach is not one of anger or retaliation. Romans 12:17-19 (WEB) tells us, "Don't return evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
Let's pray together for this situation:
Father, we come before You in Jesus' name. Thank you for the love that you can place in our hearts for these neighbors and the grace you can give us to deal with them in a Christ-like manner. We pray for Your intervention in this situation. We ask that You would soften their hearts and open their eyes to the harm they're causing. We rebuke the spirits of gossip, discord, and bullying that are at work in their lives, and we ask You to bring peace and unity to this neighborhood. Guide us in how to respond to their actions, and give us the wisdom to know when to speak up and when to remain silent. We are praying for our neighbors that they may turn to you Father, and turn away from their actions. We pray for our neighbors in Jesus name. May you receive all the glory, we ask in Jesus' name. Amen.

God can work in their lives through your prayers and actions. Stay strong and courageous in this difficult situation, knowing that God is with you and working for the good of all involved.
