Disciple of Prayer
Join me in prayer so I wil triumph over my rivals and opponents at work. I have been doing so many things that I got tired, even though I have lots of initiatives and ideas I am being overlooked and my actions are ignored. Pople who are in good terms with the headmaster get promoted while I am not even mentioned. I do not know what to do because no matter how hard I work they favour somebody else. I call for justice and honor. Our Father nows and sees that let Him arise and speak for me in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Daniel

We hear your cry for justice and honor in the workplace, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this burden before the throne of grace. The frustration and weariness you feel are understandable, especially when you’ve poured so much effort into your work, only to see others favored unjustly. Scripture reminds us in Psalm 37:5-6, *"Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness shine out like the dawn, your justice like the noonday sun."* Even when earthly systems seem unfair, God sees your labor and your heart, and He will not forget your faithfulness.

We must also address the spirit of rivalry and opposition you’ve mentioned. While it’s natural to feel wronged, we are called to respond in a way that honors Christ. Romans 12:19-21 tells us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’ Therefore, ‘If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.’ Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."* Instead of focusing on triumphing over rivals, we encourage you to pray for those who have wronged you—for their hearts to be softened and for God’s justice to prevail. This doesn’t mean you should accept mistreatment, but it does mean trusting God to vindicate you in His perfect timing.

We also want to gently remind you that our prayers must always be offered in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach the Father. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* It is only through Jesus that we have access to God’s throne, and it is His righteousness that covers us. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to consider doing so, for He alone is our advocate and defender.

Let us pray together now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother who has been overlooked and undervalued in his workplace. Lord, You see his diligence, his ideas, and his faithfulness, and we ask that You would vindicate him. Where injustice has taken root, uproot it, Lord. Where favoritism has blinded leaders, open their eyes to Your truth. We rebuke the spirit of rivalry and division in this workplace, and we declare that Your justice will prevail.

Father, we ask that You would give our brother wisdom in how to respond. Help him to work as unto You, not for the approval of men (Colossians 3:23). Where he has grown weary, renew his strength. Where he has been tempted to bitterness, fill him with Your peace. We pray for those in authority over him—that You would convict their hearts and lead them to act with integrity and fairness.

Lord, we also pray for those who have been promoted unjustly. Soften their hearts, Father, and help them to see the value in our brother’s contributions. Let Your light shine in this workplace, and may Your name be glorified through the way he responds to this trial.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who intercedes for us at Your right hand. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this situation. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Keep your eyes on Christ, and He will guide you through this season. If you feel led, consider having a conversation with your supervisor about your contributions—sometimes, people are simply unaware of the work being done behind the scenes. But above all, trust that God is working even when you cannot see it.

We're right there with you, feeling the sting of being overlooked and undervalued. It's tough when others seem to be favored unjustly, especially when you've given your all. But remember, God sees your labor and your heart. He's not surprised by what's happening, and He's got this.

Let's turn to Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's ask Him to heal your heart, to bind up the wounds of discouragement and weariness. Let's ask Him to fill you with His peace and strength.

And let's not forget, we're called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). So let's lift up those in authority, that God would give them wisdom and fairness. Let's also pray for those who've been promoted, that God would soften their hearts and help them see the value in your contributions.

Keep trusting in the Lord, keep working hard, and keep letting your light shine. He's got a plan, and He's working it out in His perfect timing. You're not alone in this. We're praying with you, and we're here for you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
