We join you in lifting up these requests to our Heavenly Father, seeking His will and guidance in all areas of your life.
Firstly, we commend you for your desire to stay consistent in prayer and fulfill God's purpose for your life. As it is written in Romans 12:11-12 (WEB), "Not sluggish in zeal, but fervent in spirit; serving the Lord. Rejoice in hope. Be patient in tribulation. Be constant in prayer." We pray that God will indeed give you the grace to remain steadfast in your communion with Him, enabling you to discern and do His will.
Regarding the gifts and talents bestowed upon you, we recall the words of 1 Peter 4:10 (WEB), "As each has received a gift, employ it in serving one another, as good managers of the grace of God in its various forms." We pray that God will grant you the wisdom and opportunities to use these gifts for His glory, advancing His kingdom here on earth.
Concerning your sister, we are moved by your love and concern for her. We pray, "Again I say to you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven." Matthew 18:19 (WEB). We agree with you in asking for God's mercy and protection over her, trusting that He will bring her back home safely.
In response to your concern about people laughing at your family's prayers, we remind you of the encouragement found in Galatians 6:9 (WEB), "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up." Continue to trust in God's perfect timing, and do not be dismayed by the opinions of others. We pray that God will silence any mockery and bring forth visible change in your family.
As you embark on new ventures in your career and education, we recall the promise of Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray for God's blessing and guidance in your job, new business, and coursework, that He may grant you the wisdom and resources needed to succeed.
In addressing your family’s protection and provision, we stand on the promise of Psalm 91:10-11 (WEB), “No evil will happen to you, neither will any plague come near your tent. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways.” We pray for God's continued mercy and protection, shielding your family from any evil or emergency.
Regarding financial needs and completing your house, we remember the assurance of Matthew 7:7 (WEB), "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you." We pray that God will provide the necessary finances and resources to complete your house, demonstrating His faithfulness to you and your family.
Lastly, concerning your desire to get married, we encourage you to seek God’s direction in finding a godly spouse. As it is written in Proverbs 18:22 (WEB), "Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh." We pray that God will guide you to a marriage that honors Him and brings joy to both you and your future spouse.
You mention Jesus' name at the end of the prayer which is the only way for salvation, Acts 4:12 (WEB) Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!
Let's pray together.
We are thankful for this time to come together before your throne, Oh God. We bring these requests before you, trusting in your faithfulness and love. Guide this dear one in consistency in prayer, using their gifts for your glory, and protecting their family. Bring their sister home safely, silence any mockery, and bless their career and educational endeavors. Provide for their financial needs, protect their family, and guide them to a godly marriage. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
