Discouraged about life

It is a new year. I should be thankful.

But the devil keeps pointing out the laundry list of woes in my life.

My mother's health is still poor.  She has anxiety/worry attacks and that gets me so stressed it is affecting the few days I work.  I am burned out as a prayer. Most days I hide in a good book when I can.  Anything riveting to escape the problems of my life, even though it is temporary.

I have become rather bitter, about the precious few hours I work, while coworkers get awards and praise.  Bitter about life Not improving, God seeming silent while mom cries herself to sleep over how poor we are and how will we afford it if she has a health emergency.

I am just not myself and need God's help.  I must do better at home and at work. I left something undone recently and my boss was upset.  It is really not like me.

Therefore submit to God, Resist the enemy and he will flee from you (James 4:7).

And these signs will accompany those who believe; in My name they will cast out demons,...(Mark 16:17).

The Lord already has the victory. Trust in His Word.

In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray, that our Dear Lord will see you through your difficult situations, when you are discouraged and full of unspeakable fear. I ask you Lord Jesus that you walk beside your children during those hard times. They cannot carry their burdens, but we know that You can and You will, oh God.

 

I pray that You guide your children and help them to stay strong no matter what comes their way. I also pray that You help their faith to get stronger and that your children continue to grow in You. In Your Love and Your Holy Spirit, we abide, Amen.

Have you ever thought about the teaching of taking no thought for your life? It's amazing to take no thought for your life and wait on the Lord to put something on your heart to do. I have had physical and emotional pains vanish singing in myself humming take no thought for my life, I give it all to you Lord. Check out Isaiah 55:7, Mathew 6:25 and Proverbs 3:7 & 8 (HEALING) the verses in order may HEAL you, show your mom

There are moments in my life when I just want to throw in the towel and give up. On what? anything that’s overwhelming me at that moment. Lately, I’ve felt pretty drained and alone.  I feel spent. In times like these, especially in times like these, I turn to my Bible for guidance. I’ve compiled a few verses that encourage me, and thought you guys could benefit from them too

15 Verses for when you are feeling Discouraged

Psalm 34:17-19 When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.

Psalm 147:3 He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.

Psalm 55:22 Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.

Isaiah 41:10 fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Isaiah 40:31 but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.

Isaiah 42:16 And I will lead the blind in a way that they do not know, in paths that they have not known I will guide them. I will turn the darkness before them into light, the rough places into level ground. These are the things I do, and I do not forsake them.

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Let’s Pray: God I ask in Jesus’ name, bless me and keep me. Make Your face shine upon me and be gracious to me. Lord lift up You countenance upon me and bless me with peace, joy, excellent health, protection, prosperity, power and strength to do Your will. May I always live justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with You, my God, Lord, and Savior. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Bless me with everything that I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. God let Your presence always be with me. Quiet me with Your love. Rejoice over me with gladness and singing. God wash and purge me thoroughly from all iniquity and cleanse me from all my sins. Create in me a clean heart O God and renew a right spirit within me daily. God use me for Your glory so I can teach others Your ways. God do this for me, all those I love, care about, and the writer of this prayer. God let our mouths show forth Your praise. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus. Amen.

Here is a prayer to speak aloud every morning.

In the name of Jesus, I bless this home I live in and everything in it. I bless the land this home rests on and everything which rests on the land.  I bless everybody in this home. I bless everything everyone eats, drinks, breathes, or puts into or onto their bodies.  I bless the place I work at and everything in that place of work. I bless everyone in that placed of work. I bless the product the business produces and I bless the clients who come to the business. I am a blessing to that business and to everyone in that business. I am prosperous in everything I do. My God shall supply all my needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. I am blessed with life, health, healing, and wholeness. The favor I walk in because of having God in my life and in me extends to everyone I love and they are also favored with the life of God. Thank you Jesus.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
