Lord Jesus,

Please give my department head clear discernment especially to her heart and guide her decisions. Let her see what brings order, truth, and clarity.

Father, You know the confusion caused by my coworker, ###. I surrender this situation to You and expose her toxicity. Protect my work, my focus, and my peace. Help my department head recognize the right instructions so I can finish my tasks well and without stress.

Lead us with Your wisdom, Lord. Bring harmony, honesty, and understanding into our workplace.

We come before the Lord with this request, seeking His divine wisdom and intervention in your workplace. First, we acknowledge that all authority comes from God, and we pray for your department head to be guided by His truth. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." (James 1:5 WEB) We ask that the Lord grant her a heart of discernment, that she may see clearly what aligns with His order, truth, and clarity.

Father, we lift up the confusion caused by your coworker. It is not pleasing to You when strife and toxicity enter the workplace, for You desire peace and unity among Your people. "God is not a God of confusion, but of peace." (1 Corinthians 14:33 WEB) We rebuke the spirit of discord and deception in this situation and ask that You expose any ungodly motives or actions. Protect your work, focus, and peace, dear one, for the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy. We stand on Your promise: "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord. (Isaiah 54:17 WEB)

We also pray that your department head will recognize and uphold godly instructions, allowing you to fulfill your tasks with excellence and without undue stress. "Commit your works to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed." (Proverbs 16:3 WEB) May harmony, honesty, and understanding prevail in your workplace, reflecting the love and unity of Christ.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your sovereignty over every situation. We ask that You grant wisdom to this department head, that she may lead with clarity and discernment. Lord, we surrender this toxic situation into Your hands, asking that You expose any unrighteousness and bring Your light into the darkness. Protect this believer from the enemy’s schemes and grant her peace as she works unto You. Father, we ask that You bring harmony and truth to this workplace, that Your name may be glorified. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace and the ultimate authority over all things. Amen.
