Depression

Lord, I have made it through another hard, hard week with this overwhelming depression. I am slowly getting better. Help me, dear Lord, to keep getting better and for my mind to heal and mend, so that I can once again feel joy. Lord, thank you for being there for me and for all of these prayer partners that have prayed for me to get better. I pray that I make strides with this depression this week and feel like myself again. Thank you, my precious Lord. And thank all of you for your prayers. Your prayers have kept me going and are helping me to get better and I thank you more than you could know. God bless you from my heart.

Dear Jesus, depression is a sign of loneliness, ### feels lonely and sad, I beg you Jesus take her in your arms and show her that she is not alone. Let her know that you are besides her all the time, you and the guardian angel you have assigned to take care of her. Dear Jesus let her know she is not alone the birds and the flowers keep her company, Dear Jesus let her know that life is beautiful with all its problems and situations it is important to take small steps first, to enjoy a sunset, the shape of a cloud in the sky, the laughter of children in a playground. Dear ###, go out into the world with the courage our Lord has placed in your heart and try to find the beautiful details and miracles that he places before us so we know he is there and he is with us. I noticed yesterday your mood sign said 'depressed' and I was worried what a child of God could mean by this so I said a prayer and now I know by your message today you are battling a demon called depression. We take authority and bind that depression to the demon sevenfold and cast him and his curses back to hell where they came from along with his hordes and ask the Holy Spirit to now fill you full from their leaving may your cup run over and spill out blessing on blessing for all that God may be glorified by your faith and actions! Now we thank you, Lord, for her deliverance!! Whom the Son sets free is free indeed! PTL, amen!

Let restoration come forth now, peace of mind, joy, strength, victory overcoming the evil one, we plead the blood over you!! Be healed, in Jesus' name!!

Father God, I pray in agreement that the spirit of depression be crushed from ###'s life. I pray that You would open a wellspring of joy deep within her heart. I pray that the worry, anxiety, depression would all lose its hold upon her mind and spirit. Grant her guidance as she reads Your scriptures and place the right passages in her path. Let her take hold to the promise and hope that life with You affords us. I pray that each day she feels stronger and "safe" in her own skin, that each day she has more and more resolve to tell satan "no" you cannot place these strongholds in my life anymore. I give You praise that she is beginning to feel release and ask that You would help her to continue down a healthy, joyful, uplifting path. In the name of Jesus, draw her close and hold her heart until she is strong once more. Amen.
