i can;t have another day/night like yesterday....been awake since 1:30am....it was devastating being at work today Lord it is so hard to feel like garbage at work it is so hard to see my bully be promoted i feel so betrayed by the organization...it is a message that enables her behaviour and supports me being marginalized....i have a deep sadness/depression i don;t know what to do about my work situation
