We are thrilled to join you in praising God for the progress ### has made! It is wonderful to hear that he has been accepted into a safe housing program for those who are off drugs. This is a testament to God's grace and mercy in his life. We are reminded of Lamentations 3:22-23, "It is of Yahweh's loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn’t fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."
However, we must address a couple of things from your prayer request. First, it is important to remember that our prayers should be directed to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, as Jesus Himself taught us in John 16:23, "In that day you will ask me no questions. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." Also John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." So let us remember to pray in the name of Jesus.
Secondly, while we understand your gratitude for the angels God has placed around ###, it's crucial to direct our prayers and praises to God alone, as He is the one who commands the angels. Psalm 91:11 reminds us, "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### to You. We thank You for the work You have done in his life, and for the safe housing that awaits him. We pray for his continued safety and for Your guidance and protection over his life. Surround him with Your angels and keep him from all harm and temptation. Help him to continue on the path of recovery and righteousness, and to grow in his relationship with You. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
We encourage you, ###, to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He is faithful and that His love and compassion never fail. Keep praying for ###, and we will join you in these prayers. Also, we encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus as this is the way that God the Father wants us to approach Him.
