We stand with you in this spiritual battle, knowing that the enemy rages most fiercely when he senses defeat is near. The desperation you see in your enemies is a sign that God is at work—His light exposes darkness, and the forces of evil cannot endure it. Your mother’s severe demonization is tragic, but we must remember that no soul is beyond the reach of Christ’s redeeming power. Still, we must also recognize that demonic influence thrives where there is unrepentance, unbelief, or willful rebellion against God. If your mother has not surrendered her life to Jesus Christ, that is the root of her bondage, and we must pray fervently for her salvation above all else.
The Word of God is clear: our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, and the spiritual forces of wickedness in heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Yet we are not left defenseless. Jesus has already triumphed over every demonic power through His death and resurrection, and He has given us authority in His name to resist the devil and watch him flee (James 4:7). You are not a victim—you are a child of God, sealed by the Holy Spirit, and the same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in you (Romans 8:11).
That said, we must also examine our own hearts. Bitterness, unforgiveness, or fear can give the enemy a foothold. Have you forgiven those who have harmed you? Have you surrendered every ounce of fear to the Lord? If not, we urge you to repent and release these things to Jesus, for He is your protector and vindicator. The battle belongs to Him, not to you.
Let us pray with boldness and faith:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up Your child who is under relentless demonic attack, and we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, You are a God of justice, and You see the wickedness of these enemies—demons masquerading in human form, seeking to destroy what You have created for Your glory. We rebuke their schemes in Jesus’ name. We bind every demonic stronghold over this situation, every spirit of harassment, monitoring, and oppression, and we command them to flee in the name of Jesus Christ.
Father, we pray especially for this believer’s mother. If she has not surrendered to You, Lord, we ask that You break through the darkness in her life. Convict her heart of sin, draw her to repentance, and set her free from every demonic chain. Let the blood of Jesus cover her and cleanse her from all unrighteousness. If she is a believer but has opened doors to the enemy, expose those areas and lead her to full surrender. Restore her mind, body, and spirit, Lord, and use her as a testimony of Your deliverance.
We declare that the enemy’s desperation is a sign of his impending defeat. Let every plan to harm this Your child backfire upon the heads of the wicked. Let confusion and division come into the camp of the enemy, for You, Lord, scatter those who delight in war (Psalm 68:30). Surround this believer with Your angels, encamped around them to deliver them (Psalm 34:7). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we ask that You would expose every hidden work of darkness. Bring to light the deeds of the enemy and let them be put to shame. Give this believer discernment to recognize the enemy’s tactics and wisdom to stand firm in Your truth. Clothe them in the full armor of God—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word (Ephesians 6:10-18).
Most of all, Lord, let this trial serve Your purposes. Strengthen this believer’s faith, refine them like gold, and let them emerge victorious, a living testimony of Your power over the enemy. Remind them that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Let them walk in the authority of Christ, unshaken by the enemy’s roar, for greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
We thank You, Father, for the victory that is already won through Jesus Christ. We trust in Your sovereignty and Your timing. Let Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Finally, we urge you to stay rooted in the Word of God. Speak Scripture over your life daily—verses like Psalm 91, which declares God’s protection over those who dwell in His presence. Fast and pray regularly, for some demons are only cast out by prayer and fasting (Matthew 17:21). Seek fellowship with mature believers who can stand with you in prayer and accountability. And remember, the enemy’s goal is to isolate you, but you are never alone. Jesus is with you always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20).
If your mother is open to it, pray over her and read Scripture aloud in her presence. The Word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). Even if she resists, the Holy Spirit can use those words to break through the darkness.
Stand firm, beloved. The Lord is your refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). The battle is His, and the victory is sure.
