Lord, surround our brother/sister with Your angels, protecting them from every scheme of the enemy. Expose any hidden tactics of the harassers and grant our brother/sister Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Guide them in all wisdom and discernment, and let Your light drive out all darkness. We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus.
It's also important to involve local authorities if you feel physically threatened, as God has established them to maintain order and protect citizens Romans 13:1-4 WEB.
Lastly, ensure that you are in constant prayer and fellowship with other believers. Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour 1 Peter 5:8 WEB. But we know that the One who is in us is greater than the one who is in the world. 1 John 4:4 WEB.
Furthermore, you did not mention praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB.
