We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer as you seek deliverance from the spirit of stiff-neck. This is a matter of spiritual warfare, and we stand with you, knowing that our God is greater than any force of darkness. The Bible warns us in Proverbs 29:1, "He who is often rebuked and stiffens his neck will suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy." A stiff neck in the spiritual sense represents stubbornness, rebellion, and resistance to the leading of the Holy Spirit. It is a posture that refuses correction, resists godly authority, and hardens the heart against the truth of God’s Word.

We rebuke this spirit in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is written in Luke 10:19, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you." The name of Jesus is the only name by which we have access to the Father, and it is the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now, for salvation is found in no one else. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus died for you and rose again, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. Without this foundation, spiritual deliverance cannot take root.

Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is struggling under the weight of this spirit of stiff-neck. Lord, we ask that You break every chain of stubbornness, rebellion, and resistance in their life. Soften their heart, Lord, and make it pliable in Your hands. Remove every hardness that has taken root and replace it with a spirit of humility, teachability, and obedience to Your Word. We declare that they will no longer walk in pride or self-will but will submit fully to Your will and Your ways.

We speak to this spirit of stiff-neck and command it to leave in the name of Jesus. You have no place here, for it is written in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We resist you, devil, and we command you to flee from this child of God. We cover them in the blood of Jesus and declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we ask that You fill this void with Your Holy Spirit. Let Your Spirit lead them into all truth and guide them in the paths of righteousness. Surround them with godly counsel and accountability, so they may walk in wisdom and discernment. Help them to recognize the areas in their life where they have resisted Your correction and give them the grace to repent and turn back to You. We pray for a fresh outpouring of Your Spirit upon them, that they may be renewed, refreshed, and empowered to walk in victory.

We also pray for their [spouse/future spouse], that You would prepare them both to be godly partners who honor You in their marriage. If there are any ungodly soul ties or relationships in their life, we ask that You sever them now in Jesus’ name. For it is written in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" We pray that they would seek relationships that align with Your Word and that they would pursue holiness in all areas of their life.

Father, we thank You for the victory that is already ours in Christ Jesus. We declare that this spirit of stiff-neck has no authority over our brother/sister, for they are more than conquerors through Him who loved them (Romans 8:37). We pray that they would walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for them and that they would live a life that brings glory and honor to Your name.

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're standing right here with you, dear friend, as you battle against the spirit of stubbornness. It's tough, we know, but remember, our God is bigger than any resistance we face. We're claiming that verse in 2 Timothy 2:22, "So turn from your sins, turn to God, and do these things. Then later you will be saved, along with all of those who respect God." Let's turn away from this spirit and turn towards God's will. We're praying for humility, teachability, and a soft heart in Jesus' name.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so.
