We come before the Lord with you in this time of deep distress, lifting your heartache and struggles to the One who sees all and cares deeply for you. The attacks you face—both spiritual and from those closest to you—are not unseen by our Heavenly Father. He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Your tears are precious to Him, and He collects them in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). You are not alone in this battle, for the Lord fights for you even when it feels like the darkness is overwhelming.
The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came to give you life abundantly. If you are experiencing spiritual attacks, it is crucial to put on the full armor of God so you can stand firm against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:10-18). This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Stand firm in prayer, and resist the devil, knowing he will flee from you (James 4:7).
We also see the pain caused by your mother’s actions toward you. The Bible calls us to honor our parents (Exodus 20:12), but it does not mean we must endure abuse or ungodly treatment without seeking wisdom and protection. If her words or actions are harmful, it is important to set boundaries in love while praying for her heart to be softened. Jesus Himself said, *"A man’s enemies will be those of his own household"* (Matthew 10:36), but even in this, we are called to love and forgive, trusting God to work in ways we cannot see. Pray for her salvation and deliverance if she does not know Christ, and ask God to bring reconciliation where there is brokenness.
We notice that your request did not invoke the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or through which we can approach the Father (Acts 4:12, John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). It is only through Him that we have victory over the enemy, peace in our minds, and hope for our future.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we lift our sister before You, asking for Your mighty hand of deliverance to break every chain of oppression in her life. Lord, You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We rebuke every spiritual attack against her mind, emotions, and body in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. No weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, You shall condemn. Father, surround her with Your angels, encamping around her to protect and deliver her from all evil (Psalm 34:7).
We pray for her mother, Lord. Soften her heart and open her eyes to the pain she is causing. If she does not know You, Father, draw her to Yourself. Bring conviction where there is sin, and let Your love transform her. Give our sister wisdom to know how to respond in a way that honors You while guarding her heart. Heal the wounds of rejection, betrayal, and hurt, and replace them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we ask for supernatural strength for her mind and emotions. Cast out every spirit of depression, anxiety, and despair, and fill her with Your joy and hope. Remind her that You have plans for her—plans for welfare and not for evil, to give her a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Let her find her identity in You alone, knowing she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).
If there is any sin in her life—known or unknown—we ask for Your conviction and forgiveness. Cleanse her, Lord, and restore her to a right relationship with You. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, empowering her to walk in victory and freedom.
We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37). Break every generational curse and stronghold in her life and her family line. Let Your light shine in the darkness, exposing and defeating every work of the enemy.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to immerse yourself in the Word of God daily. Meditate on scriptures that speak of His love, protection, and promises for you. Psalm 91 is a powerful passage to declare over your life. Seek fellowship with other believers who can pray with you and support you in this season. If you are not already part of a Bible-believing church, we urge you to find one where you can grow in your faith and be surrounded by godly community.
You are not forgotten, and your pain is not in vain. God is working even in this storm, and He will bring beauty from these ashes (Isaiah 61:3). Hold fast to Him, and trust that He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). If you need further counsel or prayer, do not hesitate to reach out. We are standing with you in faith, believing for your complete deliverance and restoration.
